Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order with Julia Rose Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges are accepted for store credit only.

Exchange requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and approved.
Return Authorization

You must email juliarosecollection@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt to request a return authorization prior to sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must:

Be new, unworn, and unwashed

Be free of odors, scents, stains, or damage

Have all original tags attached

Include the original receipt and return authorization form
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Restocking Fee & Shipping

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Rejected Returns
If an item is determined to be:

Worn
-
Washed
-
Altered
-
Misused
-
Damaged
The item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense, and no store credit will be issued.
Shoes
Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
Any shoes showing signs of wear or used outdoors cannot be exchanged.

Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit:
